USAGE & BENEFITS :
Cane Jaggery is mainly used to prepare sakkarai pongal and for general home use. Gundu Vellam comprises of up to 50% sucrose, up to 20% invert sugars, and up to 20% moisture and traces of mineral salts, iron and some fiber.
HOW WE DIFFER FROM OTHERS :
Cane Jaggery is prepared with old traditional crushing machines without any big machineries involved.It is prepared and packed directly from farmers and hence cuts any middleman intervention or adulteration.
